Shipping

*Please note all shipping fees incurred when sending the order out are non-refundable and all returns are done at the customer's expense.

Refused shipments and shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.

​In stock items will typically ship from Toronto, Canada within 2-3 business days of your initial order transaction. In stock items will have no additional lead time listed in the product description. Please allow up to an additional 7-10 business days for transit time by the carrier to your shipping address.
 
A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation.

Lightbulb Lighthouse is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays.

 

We will ship with a combination of Purolator and Canada Post. 

For orders in Toronto, local couriers will deliver.

Special Order Items

Special Order items will ship within the quoted lead time. Special Order items will have a lead time outlined in the product description. Lead times are estimates only, as provided by our suppliers. Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for transit time by the carrier to your shipping address.

A tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation.

Lightbulb Lighthouse is not responsible for manufacturer delays, or carrier-related shipping delays.

Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive.

Shipping to Toronto

*We offer *FREE local delivery within the Toronto core for orders over $90 (CAD), or more, before HST with LBLH courier.

 

For orders less than $90, a shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged.

Shipping within Ontario and Quebec

We offer *FREE tracked shipping for orders of $120 (CAD), or more, before tax.

For orders less than $120, a shipping fee of $11.99 will be charged. Tax will be calculated based on your provincial tax rate.

Shipping within Canada

We offer *FREE tracked shipping within Canada (AB, MB,SK,BC,NB,NS,PEI) for orders of $150 (CAD), or more, before taxes, and taxes are charged based on your provincial tax rate.

 

For orders less than $150, a shipping fee of $25.99 will be charged. Tax will be calculated based on your provincial tax rate.

 

We offer *FREE tracked shipping within the rest of Canada (NL,NU,NT,YT) for orders of $200 (CAD), or more, before taxes, and taxes are charged based on your provincial tax rate.

For orders less than $200, a shipping fee of $35.99 will be charged. Tax will be calculated based on your provincial tax rate.

Shipping to the USA

We offer FREE tracked Shipping to the continental USA for orders over $150 (USD).

For orders less than $150, a shipping fee of $35.99 USD will be charged. US-bound shipments do not include brokerage.
 
We have no control over whether or not your package is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment for these reasons.
 
Change of Address

If in the instance a customer would like a package shipped to an address other than the one registered to the credit card it is possible that these details will need to be verified for security purposes, otherwise we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address. If the order has already been shipped and in the mail stream, the address cannot be changed and will have to wait to be RTS (returned to sender), at which time the customer will be contacted and issued a re-shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Items

You understand and agree that Lightbulb Lighthouse shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company (*we’ll ensure everything is securely packed to protect against any damage during shipping)

Lightbulb Lighthouse will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. Please note that international orders are shipped via regular airmail and do not come with a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
