Do you offer gift wrapping?Not yet but we aim to provide that service in the future. In the mean time, we ship our packages with tons of fun extras and designer packaging that they might as well be gift wrapped already.

How much is shipping?Shipping is free for all Canada/US over a certain spend. Toronto: Free shipping over $90 (otherwise $9.99) Ontario + Quebec: Free shipping over $120 (otherwise $11.99) Nunavut, NWT, Yukon: Free shipping over $180 (otherwise $35.99) Rest of Canada: Free shipping over $150 (otherwise $25.99) US: Free shipping over $150USD (otherwise $46.99USD) - This will display as CAD. How long will my order take?Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer express shipping?Yes! All of our shipping (except local Toronto delivery) is sent express.

What’s your return policy?We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags. For full details on returns and exchanges, including list of final sale items, please check out our returns page. All eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. No refunds are available at this time.

How do I start a return or exchange?To initiate a return, please email info@lightbulblighthouse.com with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Unsolicited or unauthorized returns will not be accepted/processed. Once inspected and approved, we will issue store credit or process an exchange. Items must be shipped within 10 days of receiving return authorization. If return/exchange is not approved, a re-shipping fee will apply. All that said, we're here to help. It's always best to reach out to us to see what we can do to help.

Are returns free?Returns and exchanges are subject to shipping costs.

Can I track my order?Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For local Toronto delivery, you will receive an email confirming shipping the day before your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?Orders may be cancelled before they are packed and shipped, subject to a 3–5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and initial transaction costs. Special Orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the supplier. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What now?We’re so sorry! Please contact us right away at info@lightbulblighhouse.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
