Are your products safe for children?Yes! All our products are carefully selected to meet safety standards and are age-appropriate. We prioritize quality, durability, and fun without compromising on safety.

Do you offer gift wrapping?Not yet, but we aim to provide that service in the future. In the mean time, we ship our packages with tons of fun extras and designer packaging that they might as well be gift wrapped already.

How much is shipping?Shipping is free for all Canada/US over a certain spend. Toronto Core: Free shipping over $80 (otherwise $9.99) GTA+ Ontario + Quebec: Free shipping over $100 (otherwise $11.99) Rest of Canada: Free shipping over $150 (otherwise $25.99) Nunavut, NWT, Yukon: Free shipping over $180 (otherwise $35.99) US: Free shipping over $150 USD (otherwise $46.99 USD) - This will display as CAD. Do you offer express shipping?Yes! All of our shipping is sent express!

How long will my order take?Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order comes in, we’ll get it packed and shipped as quickly as we can.

What’s your return policy?We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags. For full details on returns and exchanges, including list of final sale items, please check out our returns page. We’re happy to offer store credit or exchanges on eligible items. At the moment, we’re not able to provide refunds (thank you so much for your understanding and for supporting our small business.💙)

How do I start a return or exchange?To initiate a return, please email info@lightbulblighthouse.com with your order number and reason for return. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Unsolicited or unauthorized returns will not be accepted/processed. Once inspected and approved, we will issue store credit or process an exchange. Items must be shipped within 10 days of receiving return authorization. If return/exchange is not approved, a re-shipping fee will apply. That said, we’re always here to help! If you ever have a question or run into an issue, just reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right. 💙

Can I track my order?Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For local Toronto delivery, you will receive an email confirming shipping the day before your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?Orders may be cancelled before they are packed and shipped, subject to a 3–5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and initial transaction costs. Special Orders cannot be cancelled once placed with the supplier. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What now?We’re so sorry! Please contact us right away at info@lightbulblighhouse.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make things right as quickly as we can. 💙
